MOPAYA SAFARI LODGE

Location:

About 30 km from Hoedspruit, 3 hours north from Nelspruit, 6 hours from Maputo including the border crossing. Closest airports are Hoedspruit (HDS) and Phalaborwa (PHW).

Size: It is a small lodge. 12 luxury tents. Maximum capacity : 24 pax.

Style:

The rooms are solid tents, settled on a wood support. Private bathroom. 100 % safari atmosphere! A little bit of wilderness, mixed with Luxury and French cuisine.

Catering:

French owners and French style of cooking. One menu a day. Everybody usually eats the same dishes at the same time. As an option everybody can have its own private table, or big table and everyone eats together. South-African wines, beers and many other things!

Game drives

are planned on a weekly basis. Mopaya Lodge is located in an area of plenty game reserves and 45 min away from Kruger Park. All Game Drives last a full day, either inside the Kruger park or in one of the surrounding private game reserves.
All Game Drives are done in open 4x4 type vehicle.

Extra activities:

Possibility of an excursion to the Blyde River Canyon for 120 € per pax (2 pax min). Massage with essential oils. 1h=80€. To be booked in advance!!
